Information requested by any USLEA's will be released without a warrant at the discretion of DMT and/or DMT Owner. If a warrant is provided DMT will release any and all information requested. DMT and/or DMT Owner will not volunteer any information to any agency regardless of warrant status; this means if they don't ask, we will not tell. USLEA's include, but are not limited to, Police Officers, Police Organizations, Judges, Court Officials, Senate, Supreme Court, Judicial Court, Bankruptcy Court (basically any certified U.S. Court). Information requested by the United States FBI, United States CIA or any other USIA will be provided without a warrant at the discretion of DMT and/or DMT Owner. If a warrant is provided DMT will release any and all information requested. DMT and/or DMT Owner will not volunteer any information to any agency regardless of warrant status; this means if they don't ask, we will not tell. If we give your information to a USLEA or USIA DMT/DMT Owner will not inform you that the information was requested nor will DMT/DMT Owner inform you that the information was provided. DMT/DMT Owner will assume that you are under a legal investigation and if the USLEA or USIA wanted you to know about the investigation they would have informed you. If any organization other than a USLEA or USIA requests your information DMT/DMT Owner will not be provided without your consent. DMT/DMT Owner will contact you if a request is made by any person or organization other than a USLEA or a USIA. DMT/DMT Owner will do periodic random checks on the database. If DMT/DMT Owner believes that any illegal activity is being conducted on our servers, DMT/DMT Owner will contact a USLEA or a USIA and voluntarily provide any and/or all information pertaining to your account. Information requested by any person/organization/government agency located outside the United States will not be provided without a warrant granted by a UNITED STATES COURT OFFICIAL. ANY WARRANT GENERATED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WILL NOT BE RECOGNIZED AS A VALID WARRANT UNLESS ENFORCED BY A UNITED STATES OFFICIAL. UNITED STATES OFFICIALS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO U.S. FBI, U.S. CIA, ANY OTHER USIA OR ANY USLEA.
